Day 2

Day 2 was closed to the public as jury selection truly began. Eight potential jurors were eliminated. To be able to listen to the jury selection Monica and I had to sit in the media room. This was the only place you could hear what was being said. After they got over the initial shock of us coming in there, and got all of the filming and pictures out of the way it was not so bad.

Once they were done with their pictures we could then relax and listen to the jury selection. It was not too hard to become friendly with the people in this room because after all my beef is really with the newspaper. For the most part the video media has been fair. Well this should be interesting.

The Commonwealth motioned the court for a continuance, but Judge Gibson denied.
