Day 4

Day 4 I got pictures with Renee Murphy (Channel 11), Ben Jackey (Channel 32) and Stephan Johnson (Channel 41) as well as some other very interesting people that we spent 3 days in a closet with. Fortunately every one took personal hygiene seriously and we did not have to share anymore of ourselves than necessary. I will include the pictures on the site as soon as I can find the time to run down the cable I need. The jury selection is moving much faster now and will be completed by late afternoon. Opening arguments will begin this afternoon with Asst. Commonwealth’s Attorney Leland Hulbert and will be concluded by Attorney Brian Butler who represents Jason Stinson.

A jury of 10 men and 5 women has been selected. There was a late motion by the Commonwealth claiming gender bias, but Judge Gibson denied that motion and opening arguments can begin.
