Glena Michele Crockett - Max Gilpin's Mother
Very emotional testimony to say the least, but very little that she said was damning to Jason Stinson. Furthermore, she never once testified to anything that said Coach Stinson broke any laws. Family pictures including Max shown to the jury. Michele is asked to identify Max in the pictures which of course makes her voice tremble with emotion at times.

Tom Steltenkamp - Taught Medical Symposium Jason Stison attended in June 2008
Tom Steltenkamp is a certified athletic trainer and practice manager employed by Ellis and Badenhausen. States with heat stroke you should dial 911 as soon as possible, and when asked again in a little different way he agreed that 911 should called immediately. He is considered the go to guy for training. Testifies it is easy for a professional to miss a heat stroke and that a few hours every few years doesn't make coaches experts. States that only 10 minutes of the symposium covers heat illnesses, and that coaches are not trained enough.

Tim Amshoff - Taught CPR/AED Class Jason Stinson Attended.
Tim Amshoff is a high school physical education teacher currently teaching at Iroquois High School. He taught the CPR/AED class Jason Stinson attended on 7/25/09. States does not instruct the importance of dialing 911 in the particular class Jason Stinson attended. Teaches to secure the scene first. Then describes check, call, care procedure. He states that Jason Stinson is properly accredited on August 20, 2008

Julian Tackett - Asst. Commissioner of the Kentucky High School Athletic Association (KHSAA)
Julian Tackett has been with the KHSAA for 26 years. He covered training requirements that all head coaches must complete. He told the jury ample amounts of water doesn't mean you have to stop a drill or game. He also states that it does not break any rule to condition for 30-40 minutes. He also explained acclimatization and climatization and that KHSAA requires it.
