He was an 8th grader from Conway Middle School participating with PRP football team practices last year.
Stated I guess coach got mad and we had to run gassers, testifies they ran about 30 minutes.
Stated Coach Stinson said "Ding, ding, ding, we have a winner" when a player quit.Stated he played soccer and football while on Adderall XR with no side effects related to heat illness.
Confirmed they ran 30-31 gassers in 30 minutes

 C.S. - Player # 8
Stated he knew Max from football, went to Conway together, and they hung out in the morning. Stated Max was a person or 2 away from me while we ran.
Testified we helped him stand up, he would go down and then run a gasser.
Stated David Thompson was the player that helped.
At the end, "a few players tried to get water, coach told them to come back."
Stated Coach Donnally said, "he didn't run his track team like that."

Stated he is a football manager, and agrees he is a trainer.
Stated his responsibilities as the school trainer includes "I tape sometimes, gets water ready and ice for practice and games.
Stated he tapes wrists but not ankles. States he only tapes wrists.
Stated during the 1st part of practice he was walking around school.

Testified people were walking around so coach told us we are going to run.
Stated we not gonna stop running until somebody quits.Stated Justin and I were carrying Max, he was really heavy.
He heard Coach Donnelly tell us to put him down.
When asked if C.S. is the other player helping him hold Max up he replied no, I am positive C. S. wasn't the one who help him hold Max.
