KEY TESTIMONY:

Questioned by Commonwealth Attorney Leland Hulbert

• 8th grader from Conway Middle School participating with PRP football team practices last year.
• Stated "it was hot" that day, agreed it was humid.
• "All of us freshman were with another coach."
• "We were moving stones to where this big gate was."
• I guess coach got mad and we had to run gassers, testifies they ran about 30 minutes.
• Did Coach Stinson say how long you were going to run? He answered "when somebody quit."
• Testifies that they normally run about 4
• Stated that they ran a total of 30-31 gassers
• Asked to get water, another coach said not until Coach Stinson otherwise.
• Testified he wasn't allowed to get water.
• Testified during this time his body was completely numb and his mouth was dry.
• Stated Coach Stinson said "Ding, ding, ding, we have a winner" when a player quit.
• Diagnosed with ADD, has taken Adderall XR 30mg for 9 years.
• Stated he played soccer and football while on Adderall XR with no side effects related to heat illness.

Cross Examination

• Defined gassers as over and back over and back.
• Agreed that half of the team rested while the other half ran.
• Stated all the coaches were out there watching us.
• Confirmed they ran 30-31 gassers in 30 minutes

• Do you know exactly how long you were running? Answers "No"
