He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;
but those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
Isaiah 40:29-31 (NIV)

Welcome to the home page of Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Football

After reading the pathetic account that Jason Riley and Antoinette Konz wrote in the Constant-Joke on September 4th I can no longer tolerate it. I have decided that I will update this site daily with witness testimony. I will break the testimony up on a day by day basis.

UPDATE 9/21/09. I want to say I am sorry I couldn't keep up with key testimony and pictures during the trial, but it proved to be overwhelming. I am happy to report that the local print media will not be receiving a Pulitzer Prize. Actually I wonder if there is an opposite to the Pulitzer because I would like to nominate Toni Konz for this award. I must admit that Jason Riley came around in spite of his editors' obvious attempts to influence public opinion of this case. I will get these pages complete as soon as I possibly can. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Click on the day you would like to see and there will be a summary for each witness along with links to a page with key testimony (good or bad for Jason Stinson). I will embed the video of each person's testimony at the bottom of the page on the day they testified. Please click on the link below the person's photo to read key testimony.

I will do my best to be fair unlike Riley and Konz, but after all I may unintentionally show bias. Please feel free to email me at supportourstinson@gmail.com if you feel I left something important out of any testimony. Please be specific so I can verify and add it. At times I may include key testimony that may not make sense, but it will by the end of the trial. There is a timeline of events leading up to the trial below the daily trial update links.

Day 1 - Motions heard and Jury briefed.
Day 2 - Jury Selection (2 WHAS stories included)
Day 3 - Jury Selection (WLKY story included)
Day 4 - Jury Selection and opening arguments
Day 5 - Witness Testimony from Crockett, Steltenkamp, Amshoff, & Tackett - This day's page is live but not complete.
Day 6 - Witness Testimony from Jeff Gilpin - This day's page is live but not complete.

Please keep in mind I am one person with limited resources while other sources reporting have huge financial backing. While the Constant Joke employees get paid for their misrepresentations of the facts I am delivering the truth for free. If you are relying on this site as source to truthfully track this trial please do not hesistate to donate to the defense fund because Jason is far from paying his legal bills.
